So, what's the job?

They are looking for an Integrated Production Team Assistant. This is an administrative role at its core – but it’s perfect for someone who is looking to get a foot in the door of the advertising or production industries and possibly progress as an Integrated Assistant Producer.



Key Responsibilities

Every day in Production is a new adventure, so expect to the day-to-day job to shift and change…


  • Help make new starters and freelancers feel at home – process HR forms, IT requests, etc.

  • Book travel & accommodation for senior department members

  • Process expenses and timesheets for senior department members

  • Quickly learn the finance system and administrate the invoicing process for Production

  • Manage diaries for Heads of Integrated Production and defend them from unnecessary meetings

  • Help organise & curate showreel lunches to inspire & educate the agency – you’ll be speaking to production companies, photographers, tech providers, and other interesting production partners who want to come in and share their work

  • Help plan department events – nights out, lunches, drinks, laser tag, etc.

  • Be a helpful and friendly member of the team, helping out with ad hoc requests as needed



What adam&eveDDB is looking for:

The ideal candidate has an upbeat attitude, budding interest in advertising, love of art/film/tech, exceptional attention to detail, ability to take initiative and prioritise between multiple tasks at a time, and an endless interest in learning new things.


Prior experience in an administrative role or busy office environment is ideal, but a positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn is a requirement.



Salary: £19,201 a year (London Living Wage : 35 hrs/wk)


Contract length: 12 months


Start date: March 2019


Annual leave: 25 days per annum


Reporting to: Joint Heads of Integrated Production - Head of Film, Head of Print, Head of Digital.
