HOW TO HIRE

If you don’t want to drown under an untenable amount of inappropriate CV’s then we can help.

 

However,

 

We need a two week turnaround from the job going live to us sending you approved application forms.

 

WHAT WE DO FOR YOU:

  • We post your job (including the salary) on the JOBS PAGE of the BAD website.

  • We run a bespoke two-week social media campaign for your role across Instagram and Twitter.

  • We reach out to our existing database targeting candidates that we believe would be great for your role.

  • We reach out to all our partner organisations who get young creative people work-ready.

  • Candidates fill in our application form and send them to us. If they have a CV they send this too.

  • We work with the candidates ensuring their application forms reflect their abilities, qualities and experience.

  • We send you up to 10 curated application forms, together with any CV’s.

  • If you wish to interview any candidates we will send you their contact details.

 

WHAT YOU ASK FROM YOU:

  • Once you have received the contact details of your selected candidates, you contact them directly and arrange the interviews.

  • Should you choose to hire someone then you must tell us so we can run a success story on them.

  • If you choose not to hire them you must offer constructive feedback for us to pass on to the candidates as this helps their development and their chances of securing a job in the industry.

 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • A clear job description including the qualities you are looking for, without industry jargon or acronyms.

  • Tell us the salary.

  • Your logo as a png logo – one black and one white.

  • The deadline for applications.
