We met Dahlia at our first recruitment drive for Academy.

We  were working with graffiti artist, Will Whittington, who sprayed the backdrop for our BAD website and we asked the  applicants to demonstrate their social media skills  to show Academy how they would cover an event across their own channels.

All the applicants were fresh and creative in their use of gifs, hashtags, location tagging and social media.

Managing director of Academy, Simon Cooper was on hand to have a casual chat with all the applicants.

Instantly, Simon thought Dahlia was a bundle of energy!

Dahlia, provided us with lots of great social media content during the day, and BADxAcademy were particularly impressed with Dahlia's 'vlog style' documentary.

She showed us how she could take her beauty-vlogging skills and making them relevant to the interview situation.

Now that's BAD!
