Born from the Anomaly in-house studio, Unreasonable is now an independent company with offices across 7 cities and 6 countries worldwide.


The Unreasonable team have worked in world-class production companies, design agencies, advertising networks and brands. Their skill set spans from live action and editing to social content delivery, to print and digital. They are photographers, videographers, editors, animators, illustrators, designers and developers who work together seamlessly to develop and execute the full breadth of their clients' marketing content needs.

So, what's the job?

They are looking for a Studio Production Assistant to help them continue on that journey.


Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be expected to support various key people:                                         --    Clare Donald (global MD): supporting with basic admin (travel, taxis, meetings, expenses).        Head of resourcing: freelance tracking, onboarding and off-boarding, requesting equipment and     liaising with IT.                                                                                                                                                    Producers: basic running (shoot prep, shoot attendance, shoot wrap).

  • Creative research as required.

  • Lead on in-house events.

  • Owner of the office space – responsible for making sure they’re stocked on essentials (tea, water, coffee…), responsible for ordering stationery and responsible for keeping the space tidy.

  • First person of contact for guests upon arrival and for answering phone.

  • Responsible for drinks and food orders for external clients.

  • Unreasonable operations rep with Anomaly.

What skills / mindset Unreasonable is looking for:

  • Basic computer literacy required - being a computer whizz a bonus!

  • Interest in film, photography and digital media is critical.

  • A can-do attitude is essential.

  • Problem-solving mentality.

  • Friendly and fun - a good team player.

  • Enthusiasm for learning.


Salary: £22K - £25K a year (based on experience)
